Introductory phone call
Our purpose behind doing a 15m phone call is to be better connect with you and learn more details about your project. We do this to ensure that we are a good fit for you. We will ask general questions to understand the scope of work and see where you’re in your process of your project. Following this we will set a to come out for an estimate.
Estimate
Prior to seeing the project we sit down with you to go over purpose and outcome of the visit and ask more detailed questions to relation to your vision and needs. From this point we will go check out the project after a walk thorough we will leave you with material & samples to go through. while you’re doing this we will need 10m to take measurements and pictures. After this we will set down again and do a recap. Go over design and details. Often we provide a close ball park to you so you can have a number to work with. The estimate will be sent out generally with in 48 hours.
Many companies do estimates very fast. We are not them please allow for 45m when scheduling an estimate with us. Thank you.
Follow up
We reach out with in the week to touch base to make sure we are there to answer any questions you have.
Moving forward
Once you have decided we are your team to help bring your project to reality we will schedule a second visit. We will go over the contract in detail with you to make sure everything is copacetic. Also we double check any measurements needed. We provide a week window of when your project will start.

Start to finish
Throughout the project you will communicate with myself Luke Searcy (Owner) and the Crew lead. The day we begin you will be able to meet the crew.
We will go through the stages of demo, framing, decking, rail, and stairs. If at any point we have questions we will bring them to you to ensure we are meeting your intent.
Our Departure
Upon completion of the project. We will go over the warranties provided to you and cover maintenance and care for your project. We will also ask of you to provide a review to us.
